CNC Mill Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team in St. Michael, MN. Pay Range: $30 – 40/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
