All tool designs are modeled in Solidworks utilizing LogoPress Die Design for accuracy, efficiency and speed. Die Technology tool designers work diligently in collaboration with you toensure the tool will perform in the production environment and achieve the required levels of performance and product quality. Once the tool design has been approved, tool components are entered into the production schedule and a completion date is determined. Tool design conducts a project meeting with the production team and components are released to the shop floor for manufacturing. The production team utilizes solid models to manufacture components. Die plates and tool steel layouts are processed by high efficiency 3 and 5 axis machining centers and CNC jig grinders. Carbide and tool steel punches, die inserts, and critical components are processed utilizing our fleet of innovative wire EDM equipment. Finally, assembly is completed by our expert team of tool and die makers.
