People, partnerships, and precision. Since 1988, OEMs in the most demanding industries have trusted Die Technology for the tight-tolerance work other shops can’t take on.
Die Technology Inc. is a precision machining company and innovator in tool and die manufacturing services, with an established reputation for quality and accuracy since 1988. As a leading die manufacturing company, we specialize in high precision machining technologies that support complex, tolerance-critical applications across regulated industries.
We design and build precision stamping dies, tooling, and fixtures, and deliver a full range of precision machining services including wire EDM, sinker EDM, small hole EDM, jig grinding, and multi-axis milling and turning. When a feature is too tight, too small, or too complex for other shops, customers bring it to us.
At Die Technology, our precision machining services and tool and die manufacturing are trusted by OEMs across highly regulated industries where quality, accuracy, and repeatability are critical. We are CMMC 2.0, Level 2 Certified. From ultra-fine features to complex multi-op parts, we deliver consistent die machining and component performance in the most demanding applications.
We’re not a high-volume commodity shop. We’re the partner OEMs call when precision is non-negotiable and the part has to be right the first time.
Our wire EDM, sinker EDM, jig grinding, and 5-axis milling all hold micron accuracy. We routinely deliver tolerances down to ±0.0001″ on the features that matter most.
We support our customers, meet expectations, and stand behind every shipment. We do right by our partners, that’s our guarantee.
By combining EDM, grinding, milling, and turning, we solve manufacturing problems other shops can’t, turning complexity into capability.
From first conversation to final shipment, our process is built to make precision predictable. Here’s what working with us looks like.
We start by understanding your part, your tolerances, and your application, especially the features other suppliers couldn’t deliver.
Our toolmakers and engineers determine the right combination of technologies, such as EDM, jig grinding, milling, turning, etc., to manufacture it accurately and repeatedly.
We produce your dies, tooling, or components on world-class equipment, holding micron-level tolerances where required.
Comprehensive metrology confirms every critical dimension before anything leaves our floor.
We stand behind every shipment and provide long-term support — because our goal is always repeat business and a lasting partnership.

Die Technology delivered ultra-precise matched metal blanking dies for thin materials, achieving 1-micron tolerances, 10-15 million cycles per sharpening, 23+ hours of daily uptime, and zero shutdowns—enabling consistent 30 assemblies per minute and reliable automation for a healthcare manufacturer.
Die Technology achieved unmatched ±0.0001″ accuracy for a large industrial client by wire EDM machining nearly 300 hardened steel sleeves with perfect parallelism, perpendicularity, and geometric identicality—overcoming prior supplier failures to deliver reliable vibration measurement system performance with zero quality issues over a year of production.
At Die Technology we’re dedicated to meticulously machining complex parts that meet only the highest standard of quality.
